Kolinisau was relegated to the bench by Coach Alifereti Dere after he copped two yellow cards in the tournament.
And as you know that Kolinisau was not even picked for the NZ and USA leg when the coaches said that they wanted young players to be part of the team.
With 19 nil down at half time against Wales, Fiji came back firing in the second half with replacement player Osea Kolinisau scoring his first try after being set up by Emosi Mulevoro.
Kolinisau again displayed his sheer pace as he danced his way through two Welsh defenders before Samisoni Viriviri leveled the score after he touched down in the corner.
With two minutes remaining Kolinisau put the game beyond doubt with his third try.
Speaking after the tournament, Kolinisau said 7s legend, Waisale Serevi played a big part in their win.
Kolinisau also had a message for all the children in Fiji.
Coach Alifereti Dere who was in tears said the players seemed to have relaxed in the first half after their win over New Zealand.
Dere said the win is special for Fiji.
Sevens legend and newly IRB hall of fame inductee Waisale Serevi said he cannot ask for anything more.
