The pressure is on the Knights coach Etuate Waqa this weekend - as his side tries to win the Colonial Cup final against the Crusaders and be crowned the new winner.
Speaking to Village sports, Waqa said the boys know the huge task ahead and all that they are doing during training is just trying to get the basics right.
Waqa adds that this is the first time for the Knights to be in the Colonial Cup finals - and this is the biggest challenge for him.
The Crusaders/Knights match kicks off at 3pm at Ratu Cakobau park in Nausori on Saturday and you can catch a live-commentary of the match on our sister station Viti FM.
