The Knights have qualified for their first final in the Colonial Cup's five year history after flanker Peni Tora scored two second-half tries to lead the Knights to a 24-16 win over the Highlanders in Nausori yesterday.

Knights coach Eddie Waqa said he sent out a strong message to the boys at halftime that they were there to win and give something back to home fans after the loss to the Highlanders in the pool games.

The win means the Knights will now meet the Crusaders who beat the Sharks by 23-18 in the first semifinal that was played on Friday night.

The Colonial Cup finals venue is yet to be confirmed.
