The Lawyers representing Businessman Ballu Khan are still awaiting a formal reply from the Police on whether Khan will be allowed to leave for medical treatment overseas.

Queens Counsel, Peter Williams said that they were told that a reply would be given to them yesterday however they have received nothing so far.

Williams has raised concern that his client's health condition is getting worse and the delay is affecting them.

Police Commissioner, Commodore Esala Teleni is expected to comment in the next hour.
