We have received confirmation from the CWM Hospital that Businessman Ballu Khan is unlikely to be discharged from the hospital due to the seriousness of his injuries.
He is still under police and military guard at the hospital.
Khan was admitted to the hospital after he received injuries upon his detainment on Saturday night.
In a press conference held, Commodore Teleni told the media that businessman Khan received minor injuries during his arrest after his bodyguard and he resisted arrest.
