Businessman Ballu Khan is still admitted at the Suva Private Hospital under police guard.
Investigating officer, Inspector Isireli Tagicaki has confirmed that they will continue with their interview once Khan is released from hospital.
Inspector Tagicaki has also revealed this morning that Khan does not have a fractured skull as claimed by his family and his lawyers.
He claims that numerous scans and X-Rays were done, however it has been established that Khan is not suffering from a fractured skull.
Khan's lawyers are expected to comment later today.
