Police are still awaiting word from the Director of Public Prosecutions office on further charges that could be laid against businessman, Ballu Khan.
Deputy Police Commissioner, Eroni Antonio has confirmed that the file was given to the DPP's office for review and whether charges could be laid against Khan who is already facing three counts of Conspiracy to Murder.
Earlier this morning it was established that Khan may face further charges and investigators are assessing the evidence before deciding on the charges.
