Police Commissioner, Commodore Esala Teleni said they can’t do much at the moment as far as investigation's against Businessman Ballu Khan is concerned.
Commodore Teleni said they are still liaising with the Medical Authorities as to when Khan will be released from hospital.
Meanwhile, the Director of Suva Private Hospital is expected to reveal the current medical condition of Khan later today.
