Police have today confirmed that Tevita Fa who is the legal counsel for businessman Ballu Khan will now have to seek permission from them before visiting his client in hospital.
Assistant Commissioner of Police Crime Nasir Ali has confirmed that Ballu Khan will not be allowed any visitations until police speak to Khan first.
ACP Ali said that even his lawyer will now have to seek permission from him to visit Khan in hospital.
Ali told Village News that Khan is alleged to have been involved in a serious crime and it is not proper for anyone to visit him unless police interviews him.
He has also revealed that his detectives visited Khan in hospital and has informed him that his health condition is progressing well.
Khan was arrested last Saturday and since his arrest he is admitted in hospital.
