The Interim Attorney General has raised concern that the Director of Pacific Center for Public Integrity, Angie Heffernan has strangely and improperly filed a case in High Court on issues which have already being addressed by the Fiji Court of Appeal.

At a press conference this morning, Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum said Heffernan, after three months is seeking to go back to the High court with a constitutional redress application to challenge the ruling and the orders made by the court of appeal.

Sayed Khaiyum said they will ask the court to strike out this application as this will be waste of time and foreign aid given to PCPI.
