The inclusion of key players from the Manu Samoa fifteens rugby team in the Upolu Samoa team for the deciding Pacific Rugby Cup game on Friday shows the respect they have for the Air Pacific Fiji Warriors.
Manager Ryan Schuster said they have been able to secure the services of blindside flanker Ofisa Treviranus, Roger Warren, James Johnstone and captain George Stowers for their most important game in the PRC.
Schuster said playing the Fiji Warriors at their home ground is always tough for any opposition.
Upolu Samoa lead the points table with 13 points followed closely by the Air Pacific Fiji Warriors with 11 points, a win for either side will give them an edge to host the PRC finals at their home ground with only one round of competition left.
The Upolu Samoa/Air Pacific Fiji Warriors match kicks off at 5pm Friday at Churchill Park and you can catch a live commentary of the match on our sister station Viti FM.
