Chiefs halfback Tawera Kerr-Barlow is hoping to prove his worth when the Maori All Blacks take on the Vodafone Flying Fijians at the ANZ Stadium this Saturday.
Kerr-Barlow who was included in the recent All Blacks squad will not be joining them just yet, though, he will seek to prove his form and fitness against the Flying Fijians.
It will be his first outing for the Maori and is also expected to be named in the starting lineup today.
Maori All Blacks coach Collin Cooper will be naming his side at the Holiday Inn today.
Some of the players that are expected to start are Akira Ioane, Ash Dixon, Brendon Edmonds, Chris Eves, Elliot Dixon and Josh Hohneck.
Maori captain Charlie Ngatai will be arriving from Samoa today after playing for the All Blacks yesterday.
The Vodafone Flying Fijians will take on the Maori All Blacks at 3pm Saturday at the ANZ Stadium and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station Viti FM.
