The Digicel Fiji 7s team is likely to face either Kenya or Australia in the quarter final of the Sri Lanka which is their last build up tournament for the Dubai 7s.

Fiji is seeded in Pool A and will face one of the two teams in the quarter final.

Manager Sale Sorovaki said most of the new players in the team will be in the side that will play in Sri Lanka as this is an opportunity to test them ahead of the Dubai 7s.

Sorovaki added that the seasonal campaigner Emosi Vucago will still lead the team in Sri Lanka after he was named as the captain for the Fiji 7s team to Dubai and South Africa.

The Sri Lanka 7s kicks-off this weekend while the Dubai 7s will be held on the 4th and 5th of next month.
