The Kenyan 7s team will be heading into this weekend’s Vancouver 7s with the belief that there are no longer big or small teams in the HSBC World Sevens series.

Kenya is pooled with Fiji, Samoa and Portugal in the Vancouver 7s. The Vodafone Fiji 7s team beat Kenya 28‑12 when they last met in the Sydney Sevens quarter‑final.

Coach Benjamin Ayimba believes they can top their pool this weekend after hammering New Zealand 22‑0 in the Las Vegas 7s.

He says they have beaten World champions New Zealand so they have nothing to fear.

Ayimba says they need to find their consistency to beat teams like Samoa and Fiji.

The Vodafone Fiji 7s team will take on Samoa at 6.14am Sunday.

They will then face Portugal at 9.50am before taking on Kenya at 2 pm Sunday.

The Cup quarterfinals start at 7.08am next Monday, the semifinals will be at 11.08am Monday while the Cup final will be held at 2 pm next Monday.
