Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama maintains that Francis Kean is the perfect person to lead the Fiji Navy.
In an interview with Radio Australia, Bainimarama said Commander Kean has served his time for the charge of manslaughter and the military believes he should be the Navy Commander again.
Bainimarama also told the reporter to get his facts right when asked this question.
