Katchafire to tour Fiji
The Tribute Concert organized by Communications Fiji Limited the parent Company of FM96, Legend FM, Navtarang, Sargam and Viti FM will see the eight member band perform in Fiji for the second time.
Katchafire currently are New Zealand's number one pop reggae band and since they formed in 1977, the band has been known as one of the world's greatest Bob Marley Tribute Bands.
In recognition of the anniversary of Bob Marley's Death on the 11th of May, Katchafire will be performing classic reggae numbers as well as original Bob Marley Songs and few of their own.
With years of touring under their belt, the band is constantly in huge demand in New Zealand, Hawaii, and Australia and around the world.
Their most recent tour was in the USA where it was a sold out event.
The group will arrive in Fiji for their whirl wind tour on Friday the 7th of May before the concert on Saturday the 8th of May.
Tickets are on sale at the home of Fijivillage at 231 Waimanu Road Suva, at the Sugar Cane Growers Council in Lautoka and also at the SPR Shops in Suva and in Nadi.
