You have to be at the concert to understand the real meaning of reggae and what Bob Marley was trying to preach through his music.
Speaking from NZ, Katchafire Manager and lead vocalist Logan Bell said the eight member band will be paying a tribute to Bob Marley to mark Marley's death on the 11th of this month and the only way to understand reggae is by being at the concert.
The New Zealand based band, Katchafire which started in 1997 has been rated as one of the world=s best Bob Marley tribute bands and will be in Fiji for a one off concert this Saturday.
This is the second time that Communications Fiji Limited the parent company of Fijivillage.com, Legend FM, FM 96, Viti FM, Radio Sargam, Navtarang, Total Event Company and Cinema Ads are bringing Katchafire into the country.
Organisers Total Event Company's Manager Loretta Jackson said this will be a great time to enjoy reggae.
The Katchafire Redemption Tour with a tribute to Bob Marley will be held this Saturday at the Vodafone Arema with gates opening at 6pm.
Tickets are on sale at the home of Fijivillage at 231 Waimanu Road in Suva, at SPR outlets in Suva and Nadi as well as at the Sugarcane Growers council Building in Lautoka.
