Fiji will join thousands worldwide remembering the life of the legendary Bob Marley when the Communications Fiji Limited organized concert with one of New Zealand's top pop reggae group gets underway next weekend.
Communications Fiji Limited the parent company of Legend FM, FM96, Viti FM, Navtarang, Sargam and Total Event Company will be marking its 25th anniversary next week and have decided to bring in the group Katchafire for a one day concert with tribute to Bob Marley.
Loretta Jackson of Total Event said that the date was ideal as it also marked the remembrance of Bob Marley's death on the 11th of May.
She added concert goers will get to hear original Bob Marley songs as part of the Tribute.
The Katchafire Redemption Tour with a tribute to Bob Marley will be held next Saturday the 8th of May at the Vodafone Arena at 8pm.
Tickets are on sale at the home of Fijivillage at 231 Waimanu Road Suva, at the Sugar Cane Growers Council in Lautoka and also at the SPR Shops in Suva and in Nadi.
