The Australian Kangaroos have defeated the Vodafone Fiji Bati by 34 - 2 in a silky and wet condition at Langtree park on the week two of the Rugby League World Cup.
The Kangaroos scored three tries in the first half and three tries in the second half.
Man of the match Jonathan Thurston was involved in many of the set moves with his well known dummy pass and kicking skills.
The Bati secured two points from a penalty earlier in the first half and were mostly defending in a wet and slippery condition.
Bati coach Rick Stone said they gave their all to the best attacking side in the world.
Stone added he is happy about their performance and the focus will now be on England.
The Vodafone Fiji Bati’s game against England is at 3.30am next Sunday.
