Kaji Rugby Standard Improves
Fiji Primary Schools rugby secretary Peni Vasuca said he and other officials were surprised with the performance of some of the teams on the opening day yesterday.
Vasuca said it was easy to predict the same time last year which franchise will dominate but this year it is very hard.
Meanwhile, the last round of pool games will be played today in the FMF Chow Kaji national finals with the semifinals and finals tomorrow at Vodafone Subrail Park in Labasa.
Namosi Hurricanes and Suva Blues lead the Under 9 division with 6 points each after yesterday's games. Naitasiri Highlanders is leading the Under 10 and Under 11 divisions while Tailevu South tops the Under 12 division with 6 points.
Suva Blues, CBM Sharks and Tailevu South are front runners in the Under 13 division while Suva Blues and Nasinu Warriors lead the Under 14 division.
Today's games will start at 8:30am.
