The Rewa Galaxy Kaji Rugby Competition has been canceled following adverse weather conditions.
The Vice President of Primary Schools Rugby Association, Sikeli Vosailagi has confirmed this to Fijivillage.
Vosailagi says the reason for the cancelling of the competition was due to the bad weather and the limitations of rugby grounds to cater for the games.
He adds that they were not able to postpone the tournament to a later date as visiting districts would not be able to meet the expenses required to stay longer.
Vosailagi says there were safety concerns for the students, teachers, officials and parents that were present at the sports event.
