All Blacks blind side flanker Jerome Kaino will return for the Blues against the Stormers on Friday.

Kaino did not play in last weekend's 31-37 loss to the Reds but there are no clues about first five eight Stephen Brett involvements at Eden Park.

Coach Pat Lam wanted to make a change that option is hard to make with the Benson Stanley's concussion which rules him out for this round.

Blues host Stormers on Friday at 7.35pm.
