The Kadavu Athletics team to the annual FMF Chow Games is aiming to win 7 Gold medals, an increase of 5 Gold medals, from the 2 they won last year.
Team coordinator Jekope Baleimoala said that the team has been training well and is confident they will do well in the two-day meet.
A total of 17 Districts will be taking part in the two-day tournament namely Tonga, Suva, Nasinu, Rewa, Ra, Serua/Beqa, Namosi, Naitasiri, Tailevu North/Wainibuka now joining up, Nadi, Lautoka, Cakaudrove, Bua/Macuata, Taveuni, Kadavu and Koro.
Tonga will be bringing in 27 athletes and 5 officials.
The FMF Chow Games will be held at the TFL stadium on November 20-21.
Suva are defending champions for both the Boys and Girls Division.
