It has been more than two years since the eight storey Building of the Kadavu House was constructed in the heart of Suva without a tenant, however negotiations with interested tenants are in the pipeline.
According to the Chairman of the Kadavu Holdings Limited, Sakeasi Waqanivavalagi, the board of directors of the Kadavu Holdings Limited is expected to sign an agreement with UNDP to rent the 5th to 8th floor next Tuesday.
Waqanivavalagi adds with the remaining bottom levels they have managed to have talks with other companies including officials from the European Union and AUSAID who have shown interest to rent the $13 million dollar Kadavu House.
