The vacant 8 storey Kadavu House located in the heart of Suva is expected to be occupied soon by its new tenants however, negotiations are still underway.
Kadavu Chief, Ratu Sela Nanovo confirmed the tenants will include some agencies from abroad and as soon as the confirmation on the rent of the building is settled, they are expected to move in.
Nanovo said the tenants are given time to confirm with the board of the Kadavu House by the end of next week.
