The Kadavu Holdings Limited hopes the United Nations and other interested parties will rent the vacant Kadavu House soon after the interim government last week cancelled the 20 year lease agreement and handed over more than $1 million cheques to the company.
Company chief executive officer Ratu Sela Nanovo said he thanked the interim government for honoring the deal which allowed them to look for other tenants.
