The Chairman of the Kadavu Provincial Council said they maintain the decision made at their meeting two months ago, not to have anything to do with Draft People's Charter.
When asked by Fijivillage on what the province of Kadavu thought of the Draft Charter, Ratu Varani Rayawa said they have nothing to say because they will not change their minds on what was earlier decided in their meeting.
