Fiji’s hopes of winning its first medal at an Olympic Games have received a boost with clay target shooter Glenn Kable taking out the Australian National Olympic Trap Championship held in Newcastle recently.

Kable has already earned Fiji a spot in the field of the Men’s Trap at the 2012 Olympic Games and his continuing good form among world class competition at the Australian Championships places him among the medal prospects at the London Games.
