The case of ousted Chief Justice Daniel Fatiaki was called before High Court Justice Davendra Pathik today. An application was made by the defendants to stay the proceedings or to strike out the matter as being inappropriate for the originating summons.
Fatiaki is challenging the Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama and others over his suspension.
Justice Pathik will hear submissions on matter next month.
