The Western Bulldogs from Australia took their recruiting drive to the two-day Coca Cola Games at the TFL National stadium last week, and have earmarked a number of athletes for the club.
Speaking to Fijivillage, Bulldogs Development Coach Simon Dalrymple said their criteria suited those athletes in the sprints, long jump and high jump events.
Dalrymple also confirmed that they will be back later this year to screen the athletes who suit their criteria.
The two young men who are currently recruited with the Western Bulldogs are Inoke Ratu and Solomoni Loki, who were recruited during a scouting mission by the Bulldogs.
However, Ratu was denied the chance to train with the Western Bulldogs AFL Club in Melbourne, because of his father's involvement with the military.
