High Court Judge Justice Salesi Temo has ordered for the arrest of three alleged rape victims after they repeatedly failed to appear in court during the case.

Judge Temo has ordered that they be remanded in custody until the next court date to ensure they appear before him and the trial proper can commence.

The three were allegedly raped by their relative.

The accused, a man in his early 50s is alleged to have raped his daughter, his step daughter and his gr’and step daughter between 1993 and 2007.

He has been charged with 9 counts of rape, incest and indecent assault.

He was earlier released on bail and later remanded after he allegedly breached his bail condition.

The case will be called again on September 9th to review the accused bail.
