The Wild West Boxing promotion suffered a major setback ahead of the fight program scheduled for tonight as Joy the Jet Ali has pulled out of the fight against Joe Naleca.
Wild West Boxing Promoter Abdul Khan confirmed that Joy Ali has pulled out due to medical reasons.
Khan also confirmed that the Fiji Boxing Commission will now decide on whether any disciplinary action will be taken against Joy Ali for pulling out at the eleventh hour.
Naleca will now take on Abhay Singh.
Meanwhile, after a lapse of four to five years, boxers Mosese Kavika and Petero Qica will be meeting each other again back in the ring, in the Heavyweight Title fight tonight.
The Wild West Boxing Promotion will have 3 Amateur, 3 Preliminary and 6 Special Bouts.
The program kicks off at 5pm today at Prince Charles Park in Nadi.
