Former Home Affairs Minister in the SDL led government, Joketani Cokanasiga will be sworn in as the interim Minister for Forests and Fisheries next Monday.
Speaking to Legend FM News in the last hour, Cokanasiga confirmed that he was invited by the Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama to join his cabinet.
Cokanasiga said he is not bothered about the reactions to his appointed as he is duty bound to help move Fiji forward.
In an exclusive interview with Village News earlier today, Interim Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama has confirmed that since they want to place more emphasis on the Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry sector, a new interim Minister will be sworn in.
