Defending Coca Cola Games girls champions Jasper Williams High School received a timely boost today.
Pernix Fiji Limited assisted the athletes with new uniform and sports kits worth $10,000.
Jasper Williams coach Antionio Raboiliku said it was an emotional ride down to Suva as they left Lautoka this morning, knowing they are representing the western division.
Meanwhile Pernix General Manager Michel ElRahi was excited about the assistance.
Jasper will be fielding 55 athletes this weekend.
Meanwhile, Yasayasa Moala College won the boys division in the Maritime Zone today at the ANZ Stadium with 12 gold, 5 silver and 2 bronze followed by Yasawa high school with 9 gold, 7 silver and 2 bronze.
In the girls division Yasawa High School won with 7 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze, Koro high school came second with 3 gold and 2 silver while Gau Secondary won third place with 1 gold and 1 silver.
The Coca Cola Games starts this Friday at the ANZ Stadium.
