The Japanese volunteers in Fiji see the study of Physical Education, Music and Art and Craft as a tool for Child Development.
Those were words echoed by Deputy Resident Representative of JICA Nariaki Mikuni, at the official welcoming ceremony of new JICA volunteers last night.
The 8 new volunteers will be working in Fiji for 2 to 4 years.
Mikuni added these volunteers will be dispatched to the Labasa Hospital, TPAF in Narere, University of the South Pacific, DISMAC, Nadi Weather Office and the Ministry of Education.
The JICA Alumini Association of Fiji has been active for the last 25 years.
