Former National and Ba soccer coach Farouk Janeman is now intending to get the top Ba soccer post in Ba Soccer’s annual general meeting.

Fijivillage has been reliably informed that Janeman wants to contest the President’s post for the Men in Black.

When contacted today, the former Ba soccer coach refused to make a comment but did not deny the possibility of taking up the President’s post if elected.

Janeman, who was also known as the “cunning fox” in the late 70s and early 80s was removed from the Ba soccer team’s coaching position after the Men in Black’s dismal performance last year.

Earlier in the week, it was also reported that Janeman was intending to coach Rewa this season, however according to Janeman, it will be tough for him to stay in Nausori.

Ba Soccer Association’s annual general meeting will take place on the 2nd of next month where the President’s post will be contested.

Rishi Kumar has been the President of Ba soccer for the last eight years and under his leadership the Men in Black have won numerous titles.
