Activist Imrana Jalal has been charged alongside her husband Sakiusa Tuisolia for allegedly operating a restaurant without a proper license.
Jalal who is the Director of Hook and Chook restaurant was served with the charges of operating a restaurant without a proper license on New Years day whilst holidaying in Nadi.
Jalal is expected to appear in court this Friday.
