Sikeli Vuruna will make his debut for Fiji in Hong Kong while Lepani Botia, Waisea Nayacalevu, Joji Ragamate, Ilai Tinai, Avenisi Vasuinubu, Nemani Nagusa and Jimilai Naikadawa will experience the atmosphere at Happy Valley for the first time.
The non-traveling reserves are Simeli Taqea, Apisai Naiyabo, Timoci Vakadranu and Aisake Katonibau.
33-year-old Setefano Cakau will lead the side for the next leg.

Fiji will play Scotland in its first game in the Hong Kong Sevens at 9:06pm next Friday before taking on France at 5:32pm and Australia at 10:46pm on Saturday.
