Flying Fijian 15's Rugby Captain Seremaia Bai has admitted that it is hard to mould a winning combination within a week in preparation.

After yesterday's 23-10 loss, Bai said they struggled in all departments of the game because most of the players came together in Scotland in a space of a few days to train as a team.

The France based players believe the only factor that kept the score line in a respective outcome, was the fact that most of the senior players have been playing together for some time.

Bai adds against Ireland they will need to improve or face one of their toughest games.
