It’s all about the people: Monfort
Those were the sentiments of seasoned participants, Montfort Boys Town with their theme "Violence Against Men, Women and Children", defending Junior Division Champs, Nakelo District School with their theme " Angels on Assignment" and new comers and now Junior Division finalists, Pacific Harbour Multi-Cultural School with "Transition and Integration of Cultures in Fiji" and Suva Grammar with "Parental Negligence".
Montfort Boys Town student representative Solomoni Lolohea said they hope people will learn from their theme.
Nakelo District Primary School's Master Niumaia Rawalai said they are polishing up a few areas, adding the highlighting of their theme is important so that help is forthcoming to students who need it.
Pacific Harbour Multicultural School student representative Tiana Collingwood said for them, while it’s all about having fun, they are confident their theme will be absorbed by the audience.
Senior Division Finalists Suva Grammar School representative Viliame Nawailica said this year they are out to make a statement with their theme.
In the Junior Division, defending champions Nakelo District will be challenged by Dilkusha Girls School, Pacific Harbour Multi-Cultural School, Nabitu District School, and International School Suva.
In the Senior Division Rishikul Sanatan College will face tough competition from fellow finalists Tavua College, Monfort Boys Town, Khalsa College, Cuvu College, Lomary Secondary School, Suva Grammar School and Ratu Kadavulevu School.
13 schools will be performing tonight at the Vodafone Arena with gates to open at 6.
