Flying Fijian 15s Rugby Coach Ilivasi Tabua has set his focus on working together with Digicel Fiji 7s Coach Waisale Serevi in guiding the side to the IRB 7s series and to successfully defend the Melrose Cup.
After the Fiji Rugby Union Board decided that Serevi will now work with the High Performance Unit in building the team to the IRB 7s series and will work closely with Tabua in selecting the team, the national 15s rugby coach said the biggest challenge now is to try to win back the pride we once had in the 7s rugby code.
Tabua will meet with Serevi today to finalise the training squad for the first two legs of the IRB 7s series in Dubai and George.
