Natabua High school sprinter Isoa Me has won two gold medals for Team Fiji after day 2 of the championship at the Oceania Grand Prix in the Northern Marianas.

Me claimed the first gold medal in the Men's 200 metres final after he finished his race in a time of 22.23 seconds. Iowane Dovumatua finished second in this race. Me also went onto win his second gold medal in the 400 metres final with a time of 48.45 seconds.

Fiji's long distance runner Isireli Naikelekelevesi also won the gold in the 800 metres final after he finished the race in a time of 1.55.48 seconds.

Navosa Central College's Salote Mereula took out the silver in the Women's 400 metres final.

Team Fiji after day two of the championship now has 5 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze. The Oceania Grand Prix continues today.
