Ireland wing Simon Zebo has said the team’s primary objective ahead of the fixture against France will be to eliminate the errors that crept into their game last weekend.

Ireland struggled through with a 16-9 victory over Italy at Olympic Stadium but Zebo insists that France will not allow Ireland to get away with playing the way they did.

Both Ireland and France have already qualified for the knockout phase of the competition but the outcome of Sunday’s match will have a significant impact on who they play in the quarterfinal.

The winner between Ireland and France will take on the runners from Pool C which is highly likely to be Argentina.

The All Blacks look good to come out on top of Pool C and will face the runners up of Pool D which is the loser from the Ireland and France match.

Ireland will face France at 3.45am Monday.
