A number of investors are interested in investing in real estate in the country with plans to construct multi-story flats in the Western Division.
Fiji Chamber of Commerce president Swani Maharaj confirmed that investors from New Zealand, India and China have shown interest.
Swani also believes that something needs to be done to encourage more locals to invest their money.
