Investigations against Assistant Police Commissioner Crime, Nasir Ali have been completed and handed to Deputy Police Commissioner, Eroni Antonio.
Antonio has confirmed that he has received the report, however he has given the file back to investigators to clarify some issues before deciding on the next step.
It is believed that the file will be handed to the DPP's office for independent assessment.
Ali faces allegations of insubordination and the alleged unlawful detention of a police officer.
Deputy Commissioner, Eroni Antonio did not reveal the findings of the report.
