The National Fire Authority said investigations into the Parade Arcade fire which completely destroyed its fifth floor should be completed in two days time.
Chief Fire Officer, Mark Reid said they have identified the point of origin from where the fire started and this will now fasten their work.
Fire started after 7 on Tuesday morning and quick response from the firefighters saw fire being contained and stopped from spreading to other floors.
The building is owned by Colonial Fiji Limited.
