Fiji Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Commission Director and the Chairman of Media Industry Development Authority, Ashwin Raj says that they are still investigating the case in relation to the Wasea Bhasha shows aired by FBC TV.
Raj says he will not comment on the progress of the investigations.
He assures people that a statement will be issued after the investigation.
He also says that they want to assure everybody that they will deal with this issue in a transparent manner.
Meanwhile police have completed their investigation and the file has been forwarded to the Director Of Public Prosecutions Office.
It was earlier confirmed that some senior executives of FBC TV were interviewed last week.
Police confirm that a report was lodged last month at Totogo Police Station by a concerned individual in relation to the FBC TV program.
