The Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption has completed its investigations against suspended Chief Justice Daniel Fatiaki.
FICAC Media Relations Officer Loraini Seru confirms that their legal officers are now deciding on the next course of action.
Meanwhile, Seru has stressed that FICAC is not conducting any investigations against FIRCA's former Chief Executive Tevita Banuve.
Seru maintains that FICAC has nothing to do with Banuve's resignation which he handed two days ago.
