The Criminal Investigations Department has sent its investigation files into claims of sexual harassment against the former CEO of a major company to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for sanctioning.
CID investigated two separate complaints by two women who both alleged they were sexually harassed by the former CEO.
The first complaint was filed on 17th September last year by a 22-year-old woman and following this, another woman came forward and also filed a complaint with Police.
Last Thursday, Police confirmed that investigators had sought advise from the Office of the DPP and were finalising the necessary added requirements before both files will be sent back for sanctioning.
