Lawyer representing the ousted SDL members who have called for an investigation against the Interim Prime Minister and others for alleged treason said their last option would be to take the matter to the International Court of Justice if their complaint is ignored by the authorities.

Speaking to Fijivillage news this afternoon, Niko Nawaikula said they can take the matter for a private prosecution through the High Court as the Police Commissioner maintains that the treason allegation will not be investigated.

Nawaikula said if this fails, they would be forced to take the matter to the International courts.
